Attention should be paid to the start and stop of ball mill used in grinding production line
Ball mill is a kind of ore grinding processing equipment often used in ore grinding production line. We all know that the correct operation of ball mill has a great influence on the machine. Here, what principles should be followed for the start and stop of ball mill?
1. Before the start of the ball mill equipment, a comprehensive and detailed inspection shall be carried out on the mill and its subordinate equipment to eliminate all faults that may affect the driving.
2. When driving, start the equipment one by one according to the material flow direction from back to front, I .e. oil pump, classifier, ball mill, belt machine and feeder. It is strictly prohibited to start multiple equipment at the same time; When the planned shutdown is to be stopped from front to back (I. e. feeder, belt machine, ball mill, classifier and oil pump.
3, start each equipment to have a certain interval, all equipment start after normal and stable operation can feed (such as oil pump work normally after the ball mill, until the ball mill running 2~3min before starting to feed).
4, the ball mill parking in more than 4h, before driving generally to turn 2~3, in order to loosen the bonding of slime and media.
5. Normal parking (planned parking) should be carried out under empty load, and materials in the equipment should be drained as much as possible (for example, the ball mill should stop 15~20min after stopping feeding) to create conditions for the next driving.
