Vacuum series mixer: concentric double-shaft mixer integrates stirring, dispersing and mixing. In the middle is the high-speed dispersion shaft and another shaft concentric with the high-speed shaft, which is used to drive the frame-type mixing blade, which can process materials with high viscosity or more particles in a short time. Dispersion shear and mixing agitation are performed simultaneously.
1. Compared with only stirring or only dispersing efficiency, the whole machine can be divided into hydraulic lifting (floor) type and platform kettle type.
2. The floor type can be used for small volume and frequent cleaning, which is convenient for cleaning the mixing cylinder after hydraulic lifting;
3. If the required mixing capacity is large (more than 1000L), you can use the platform bottom discharge, because even if the floor type is used, the large capacity is not convenient to move the material tank;
4. The power of the corresponding motor is set according to the mixing amount, there are two kinds of explosion-proof and ordinary;
5. The disperser is generally a serrated impeller, and the agitator can be divided into two types: frame type and anchor type;
6. The cylinder can choose cooling gasket or electric heating;
7. The material is generally stainless steel, the gasket can be made of stainless steel or ordinary carbon steel, and the outer insulating cotton can be used for electric heating.
